2.Required Information for Consular Authentication Application

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan may handle consular authentication for notarized certificates or other certification documents issued by relevant agencies in Kazakhstan and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan to be sent to China for use. The Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan handles consular authentication, which is an activity to confirm the seal and signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan on the documents applying for consular authentication. According to the application of the parties concerned, the Embassy accepts applications for legalizathat meet the following conditions:
(1) The applicant's relevant documents have been notarized by the notary public of Kazakhstan and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;(2) The seals and signatures of Kazakhstan's certification authorities and personnel have been filed with the Embassy and comply with the prescribed forms.;
(3) The documents are true and legal, there is no alteration, and there is no content that violates Chinese law or may harm China's national and social public interests.;
(4) If the document applying for legalization is more than two pages, it should be bound in a manner that is not easy to be disassembled and replaced, such as fire paint sealing, stamping, seam seal or steel seal.
1. The legal and valid identity documents of the parties (original and copy)
Chinese citizens-Chinese passport and valid residence visa or long-term residence permit in Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan citizens-Kazakhstan passport and Kazakhstan ID Card
If someone else is acting on behalf of the agent-supplementary submission of the agent's valid ID and power of attorney
Such as company document certification-you also need to submit a valid certificate of the company's legal representative and company documents (such as business license, etc.) that can prove the identity of the company's legal representative.;

2. The completed "Application Form for Consular Authentication of the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan" (the signature of the applicant is required, and the signature of the agent is required if there is an agent)
3. The original documents and copies that need to be legalized (multi-page documents need to be tightly bound and stamped with the riding seal)
4. Due to the particularity of the consular authentication business, the Consular department may need other relevant documents, please provide them.
【Precautions】
1. The Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan may apply for consular authentication for notarized certificates or other certification documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan to be sent to mainland China for use.
2. For the documents applying for consular authentication, consular officials will conduct an examination.If problems are found, including but not limited to incomplete local notarization or certification procedures, irregular format, illegal content, alteration, replacement, defacement of documents, etc., the application for consular authentication will not be accepted.
3. Documents certified by the consul may not be changed or replaced.If it is changed or replaced, the consular authentication will be invalid.The problems and legal responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.
4. If the document applying for legalization is a multi-page document, it must be tightly bound and stamped with a seal.
5. The certificate of non-spouse used for marriage registration in Mainland China shall be valid for six months from the date of issuance.The certificate will not be certified for more than six months from the date of issuance.
6. The above-mentioned list of materials is the basic material, and consular officials may request the applicant to provide other materials related to legalization matters.
7. If the document applying for consular authentication has any of the following circumstances, the visa center has the right to refuse to accept it:
(1) The seal or signature of the document is not true;
(2) The seal or signature of the document has not been filed for the record, or it does not match the record;
(3) Chinese passports, resident ID cards, driver's licenses and other documents issued by China;
(4) The content of the document violates Chinese law or may harm China's national and social public interests;
(5) Other situations that the Embassy in Kazakhstan believes should not be handled.
The final interpretation of the above content lies with the Embassy of Kazakhstan, and the Visa application center is responsible for the implementation and communication.
